I guess I am about to get personal with whoever decides to read this. First confession in here is I love to reflect about life and dream. I don’t know when I started to reflect on life…but I do remember day dreaming ever since I was kid. Truth is I love being in a car and just staring out the window with music playing the background. Just being in my thoughts, it’s an amazing feeling. I used to think about the future and wonder how things will be like. Years later, I still do the same. It may sound naive and ignoraieve nt but I believe in the magic in the world and chasing dreams. Actually I am a suckers for dream chasers, because I am one of them. what reminds me of the magic in the world is when I look around and see the people who are doing what they love. One of the people is Kaskade and his album “Its you Its Me.” I always loved that song and album but didn’t learn the story behind it until recently.

Truth is, its amazing how much one works for and when they achieve it. This is what I am aiming for. I have moments I had doubts but at the end of the day, I love it. Especially when I am up late at night when it’s quiet and I am the only one wake. The stillness and the music playing through my headphones just energizes me when I am thinking of a concept. Thinking about it, its amazing what people do when they love it. Movies, music, books, about anything is a creation of something. A story that is being told, that’s how I would like to have my work be.

Speaking of magic, have you ever been in the moment and realize this is going to be important part of your life? Recently, I have been having a lot of these. We all have moments that we look back and think wow. Even moments where we are in it and what is on our mind is disbelief. Standing there, being there at that moment feels so unreal like a dream. An incredible dream. My hopes is that in ten years to look back and realize how far I have gotten. And this believe and feel the magic in this world as I do now. I hope you all can find the magic in the world, if you can find it, fight to keep it. Because you never know where you’ll end up.

I suppose the fact that “Its you Its Me” Redux tour is coming up, I can’t help but reflect back. I have always loved house music and been exposed to since I was a kid by my best friend’s dad. At that moment I didn’t know how much of an impact it would have on me. I remember listening to Kaskade’s “Its you Its me” in high school and when I just started college. I was something I always listened to when I am working or needed something to keep my energy going. When I think about it, it amazing how little things makes the biggest impressions.
